VOLUNTEER ROLE DESCRIPTION HOME SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR Responsible to: Home Services Manager Hours : 1 - 3 days per week, same day each week (hours flexible) Location: Age UK Merton offices 277 London Road Mitcham Surrey CR4 3NT We want to encourage more use of our services and more participation in activities at Age UK Merton by providing an excellent service and a warm welcome. Our volunteers are invaluable in this. This role description sets out the main areas of responsibility. You may be involved in one or more of the following roles. Key Tasks: Answering phone calls and dealing with clients enquiries Recording service requests Maintaining records on Charitylog by editing and entering information (client database) Basic finance tasks such as entering timesheets and bank details Filing & photocopying Printing and organising documents Assisting with and maintaining paperwork filing systems Administrative tasks in keeping with the role Skills: Administrative skills Some experience completing financial tasks

HOME SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR

Responsible to: Home Services Manager

Hours: 1 - 3 days per week, same day each week (hours flexible)

the best of their ability Responsible and caring approach to the work Punctual and reliable Handle personal information with sensitivity Follow Age UK Merton policies and procedures
