TRADITION The history of the company dates back to 1951, when it started

its activity as a cooperative manufacturing agricultural

machinery. In the '70s, it built its current manufacturing base

and gained recognition in the local and foreign markets for its

own product range using the latest technology available.

INNOVATION

In 2011, the company modernized its site with its current

management, giving new impulse to the metal construction

business. It is currently operating on a 2.5 hectare base with

approximately 10,000 m² of modern production space.

Innomechanika Ltd currently employs more than 50 people

and hundreds of others through its suppliers. In addition to

the physical labour, the company also has engineering

support to develop customers' ideas already at the design

level.

ELECTROSTATIC POWDER COATING

Powder coating is the most advanced environmentally friendly surface treatment method for corrosion

protection. Suitable for all metal surfaces, it is considered to be the most wanted among modern coating

technologies in the metal, mechanical, food and healthcare industries. Provides excellent corrosion

protection with aesthetic quality and an endless range of colours.

Our plant applies state-of-the-art innovative processes. Our equipment offers a variety of pretreatment

solutions, tailored to our customers' needs. From zirconium silane to phosphating or nano and multi-steel

technology, we offer our clients countless solutions. Our goal is to produce uncompromising quality

METAL CONSTRUCTION

We keep our traditions and consider our

employees as ambassadors of the company. Their

expertise and passion form the basis of our

success and the most important strength of our

company.

In our new hall, opened in early 2019, our products

are manufactured in state-of-the-art welding and

grinding cabins with high purity requirements.

In addition to a variety of conventional welding

processes, our plant has steel profile and sheet

forming equipment, rolling machines, threading

machines, riveted nut and PEM inserting

equipment to meet the complete needs of our

customers.

INDUSTRY 4.0

In 2018, we were among the first in Hungary to

introduce an integrated enterprise resource

planning and intelligent production management

system in line with INDUSTRY 4.0. In addition

to SAP Business One, our company has an

integrated BX Core production management

system and BX POEM visual production

planning program.

Our warehouse has storage location

identification, barcode product tracking,

electronic reporting of production per

workstation, PDC terminals, and objective data

integration from production machines. The

system provides real-time data for both our own

production and our customers.
