Below is a confirmation of the dates we have reserved for your stay in Volunteer Housing. If any of the information changes (i.e. Arrival date/time; number of team members, etc.) please give me a call as soon as possible at 757-226-3407).

Also, attached are the Volunteer Registration and Volunteer Information Sheet that recaps the information we discussed by phone/email. Please print all documents and have them ready to turn in upon arrival. When you are one hour out from arriving at Base Camp, please call the On-Site Volunteer Coordinator at (850)765-8233 to confirm your arrival.
