21 st January 2020 Dear Parents/Carers, Now that our Bronze Award - Duke of Edinburgh students have successfully completed the expedion secon of their award, please see the steps below to ensure a successful compleon of their Duke of Edinburgh experience. In order to obtain the award, all secons (physical, skill and volunteering) need to be completed and recorded online on the Duke of Edinburgh website. An assessors report will need to be completed by an adult, over the age of 18, not a member of the immediate/close family and who can state if the student has completed the required acvity for an hour a week throughout the duraon of the secon. Assessors are required for each secon and students cannot complete a secon without this report. There are two ways of ensuring these are uploaded correctly; 1) Please find the link to the assessors report as follows: hps://edofe.org/Assessor 2) If students have recorded their hours in their booklets, a scanned copy or a photo of the assessors report will need to be uploaded to the Duke of Edinburgh website. When all three of the Duke of Edinburgh elements are completed, signed off and an assessors report created for each, the award will be completed and awarded. This needs to be completed by the 31 st March 2020. Informaon regarding the Silver Duke of Edinburgh will be sent out by Easter, but students will not be able to sign up for Silver Duke of Edinburgh unl they have successfully completed the Bronze Award. Dear Parents/Carers,

Now that our Bronze Award - Duke of Edinburgh students have successfully completed the expedition section of their award, please see the steps below to ensure a successful completion of their Duke of Edinburgh experience.

In order to obtain the award, all sections (physical, skill and volunteering) need to be completed and recorded online on the Duke of Edinburgh website. An assessors report will need to be completed by an adult, over the age of 18, not a member of the immediate/close family and who can state if the student has completed the required activity for an hour a week throughout the duration of the section. Assessors are required for each section and students cannot complete a section without this report.
