1. Clock-in

6. Scoop 2 scoops into each cup of cocoa

7. put knife, and scoop in the sink

8. Put hot cocoa container away

3. Clean off desk area (remove student items off of desk and move chairs)

4. Layout how many 16oz cups you’ll need (check the board for amount)

5. Using a permanent marker write FV for French Vanillas and HC for Hot Chocolates6. Using the white scoop, scoop 3 scoops into each cup (make sure they are even) Make sure to put a paper towel underneath for any mess7. When finished put containers away

8. Add lids9. Place in correct area for orders to be complete

10. Wipe Powder into trash can using a paper towel

11. Use a wet wipe to clean the table

Deliver checklist

1. grab a tray

2. Wait for an order (stand on #2)

3. Check order to see if you need creamer, sugar or change

4. Get order checked by the teacher

5. Find the correct room # (it will match to the number written on the cup)

6. Knock on the door

7. Say hello or good morning

8. let the teacher/customer grab their drink and condiments

9. If given money place in apron pocket (so you don’t lose it)10. Say Thank you and Goodbye or Have a nice day

11. When you get back to 204 get money checked by your teacher

12. Deposit it into the cash register

13. Stamp paid on the order form

14. Wait for the next order

15. If there are no more orders help your peers finish tasks (Check the Checklist)

Set up Student Table

1. At 8 o’clock prop the door open using the door stopper

2. Carry table outside and setup by unfolding and lining it up with the ORANGE line

3. Put the gray table cloth on the table neatly

4. Place the creamers and sugar on the table cloth5. Help put filled 12oz cups on the table

6. Rinse trays and dry them

7. Grab the money container and make sure there is enough change and it’s in the correct spots

8. Help hand FVs and HCs to students who order between classes9. When orders are complete clean up creamers and sugars

1. Layout order forms on the counter

2. Put 16oz to match the orders

3. Using a permanent marker write the room number or location the drink is being delivered to

5. Place drinks in trays with order form

6. Tell the delivery person where they are delivering and any extra details

7. Fill the next order (if there are a lot of orders you may ask for help)

8. If there are no orders to fill:-restock cups, lids and straws-fill 3 12oz cups for student orders-empty coffee grounds-unplug large pots

Student Orders – FV

1. Remove chairs and items away from work area (move to black rug)2. Grab the correct amount of 12oz cups (check the board near cash register) for FVs

3. Write FV on each cup with a sharpie4. Grab the FV container and scoop from the cabinet

5. Scoop 2 even scoops into each cup (put a paper towel underneath for any mess) – you may need a knife to make sure scoops are level

6. Put FV container away and scoop in sink when finished

7. Start filling cups half way with hot water8. When cups have been stirred finish adding hot water9. Help stir when finished filling all cups with hot water10. Help move cups over to table for lids and stir straws

11. Help with dishes and other items on the checklist on the bathroom door
