economic activities in the financial and banking system. The article discusses the reproduction of non-observed economy that functioning spontaneously in informal settings of institutions and using the existing arsenal of legal tools and instruments of financial and credit markets for non-regulated activities. The article covers the problems of origins and mechanisms of expanded reproduction non-observed economy in the banking sector and its destructive effect on the economic development of the country. The below article describes the experience of the Republic of Tatarstan implemented by the Мinistry of informatization and communications of the Republic of Tatarstan in terms of implementation and development of intellectual transport systems elements intended for the coordination of emergency services providing safety of passenger transportation applying GLONASS-based satellite technologies. In order to achieve the maximum efficiency of the interdepartmental interaction, the Мinistry of informatization and communications of the Republic of Tatarstan has developed and implemented the GLONASS+112 project – a comprehensive solution, the only one in the Russian Federation that enables to monitor the means and resources, to handle telephone calls from sufferers and route such calls between various departments of emergency services automatically, to enter and handle unified account cards for accidents for all the emergency services engaged in the accident response activities as a part of the unified interdepartmental information environment.

AbstractArticle is devoted to a problem of introduction of intelligent transport system that is actual today in the Russian Federation and its subjects. Article describes operation of the automated system of work acceptance on the roads maintenance. The idea of system operation consists of uniting databases of the republic road network and to integrate systems involved in the processes of operation and maintenance of roads. The purpose of introduction of the System was a necessity to provide complex control. One of the priority problems of System of the Ministry of transport and road economy of the Republic of Tatarstan is developing a platform for effective interaction of the state institutes and business sector. levels of air pollution is from 7 to 19 times, and water - from 15 to 20. This adversely affects the health of population of the region. The forecast for drinking water, coastal recreation of the population, protection of waters from pollution remains unfavorable. Exceeding the maximum permissible levels of water pollution is from 15 to 20 times. The main air pollutants of the Tyumen region also exceeds the allowable concentrations several times. The average annual concentration of dust above the MPC from 1.4 to 2.4 times, formaldehyde – 1,4–5,3 times, benzo(a)pyrene – 1,1–1,8 times. Weighted average coefficient of risk the amount of emissions in the region - 7,06, in South region - 19,05, that says about exceeding the allowable levels of air pollution from 7 to 19 times. This adversely affects the health of the population of the region. AbstractAn approach to the management of the movement path of the unmanned vehicle (transport-loading platform) based on the integrated use of inertial measurement systems and correlation-extreme navigation systems. The movement of the unmanned vehicle is carried to a predetermined separate business from their own or as a part of the column. The control points of the route, or stop points technological assesses current coordinates obtained based inertial measurement system, and the results of the comparison of the current image area obtained for a particular point of the vehicle position with the reference image to the same point.

In the absence of a dividing line between the circuit selection is made with asphalt and road coating.
