COIGACH CRISIS FUND March/April 2020

This Confidential fund is to help Coigach residents who are in immediate need as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The fund is to help with basic household expenses and to ensure anyone who has lost their income recently has access to funds swiftly. Payment will be made directly your bank account. We will aim to make payments within 24 hours of receipt and approval of an application. Funds come from income generated by our community-owned wind turbine.

Funds are available as follows:

Single Adult: £200 in week 1, followed by £100 pw for three weeks. Couple: £250 in week 1, followed by £150 pw for three weeks Single Parent: £200 + £50 per child in week 1, followed by £100 + £50 per child* pw for three weeks Family: £300 in week 1, followed by £150 + £50 per child pw for three weeks

*child = dependent child under 18 living with you. Adult children living with parents should apply separately as adult/couple/family.

The fund has been released initially to give those who need it, help for one month. After that, funding will be reviewed. If your circumstances change, you must inform us as soon as possible.
