● Monday: Science. “Learn all about the ocean”https://watchandlearn.scholastic.com/videos/animals-and-plants/homes-and-habitats/ocean-motion.htmlAfter the video, complete the “Quiz Whiz” with a parent’s helpWater Science: Make an Ocean in a Bottle: Fill an empty bottle (water, gatorade, etc.) halfway with tap water. Add 3-4 drops of blue food coloring or more (optional). Next, add baby oil or vegetable oil and leave a
little space at the top before putting the lid on. Be sure to seal the cover tightly. Shake the bottle gently and watch the movement of the waves!

Optional fun activity: Make an Ocean Life Snack Get a graham cracker, add some blue food coloring to vanilla icing and place the icing on the graham cracker. Next, be “creative” and make an ocean scene on the graham cracker using items such as goldfish crackers, swedish fish, sprinkles or any other items that come to your imagination. Take a picture of it and send it to me before eating and enjoying it!
