Non Para classified – An archer with a physical impairment but does not have a valid classification under the World Archery rules.

Novice Category – Archers who have been in the sport less than two years with a physical impairment

*The organising committee reserve the right to combine bow types if final entries do not allow for a competitive environment, this applies to VI archers

Eligibility:

Any member of Archery GB or a World Archery association is welcome.

Members must have either a World Archery classification (National or International) or a physical impairment. (Athletes must bring their World Archery classification card, or other evidence as appropriate)

Dress: Please refer to the Archery GB Rules of Shooting for the dress regulations. Other WA member associations may wear their National Team Uniforms, or other garments provided that they are in line with the WA clothing rules (no camo, no blue denim).

Archers should comply with dress regulations until after the presentations.

Testing:

Archers competing at record status tournaments may be subject to testing.Competitors who are approached to give samples must comply, Non-compliance will be treated as a positive result.By entering this competition, you consent to testing, if you are entering a minor into this competition you consent to the testing of that minor, this is in line with UK Anti-Doping Policy, Rule 5.7.2.

Photography:

In line with the recommendation in the Archery GB Safeguarding Policy, those who wish to take photographs or video at this event must register with the Tournament Secretary on arrival.

Archers 18 and under will be asked to fill in a photo release form to be signed by a parent or guardian

Refreshments: Lilleshall café – The Pavilion will be open only if numbers allow

Camping:Camping will be available close to shooting field, @ £8.00 per night, please book direct with Lilleshall

Special Note:

Please ensure that the organiser is aware of any special requirements you have. Please do not assume we already know.

Archers who are unable to get the target are asked, if possible to arrange for an assistant to aid in scoring and arrow collection.

Programme athletes are reminded that they train and compete under their athlete agreement and related code of conduct for the duration of their time on an AGB programme.

Paralympic records can only be claimed by Para classified athletes.

All athletes can claim able bodied, World or British records in line with the World Archery and Archery GB rules.There is strictly no smoking on the tournament field. This includes e cigarettes.

Entry Information:

Entries will be open on the Sport 80 website at midday on the 23 May 2019 (https://agb.sport80.com).£40.00 for Para classified archers £25 for Non-classified, Novice and VI

When you enter competitions the following information may be collected and shared with tournament organisers, scoring systems and other competitors for example target lists and results may be published: First Name, Surname, Gender, Bow style, Date of Birth / Age category, Email,  Address, Phone number, Club (and ID), County (and ID), Region  (and ID), Round (unless defined by age), Disabled (Y/N), Disability info.

*Please could we ask Para archers in the finals on Sunday 15 September to take part or stay to watch a small “fun shoot” with of the members of the Worshipful company of Fletchers. The competition will take place after lunch which will be provided by Archery GB immediately after the finals.

Our Para archers will shoot alongside in teams with the members from the company at about 30 metres in Sutherland Hall.
