Research interestMedicinal chemist capable of executing chemical reactions employing new innovative methodologies, solid background about computer aided drug design (CADD) with an experience of modeling software such as (MOE and Discovery studio) and elucidating structural activity relationship (SAR). Solid background and experience structure elucidation using UV, NMR, IR and Mass. Of particular interest is the design and synthesis of small molecule inhibitors for some kinases like PI3K, EGFR, VEGFR-2, in addition to carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, COX- inhibitors and anticancer agents with pro-apoptotic activity.
