2. Move your cursor over the word STUDENTS in the navigation bar and a drop-down menu will appear.

SELECT STUDENTVUE.

3. Locate the blue button that states “Click Here to Enter”.

CLICK THE BUTTON.

4. Select the appropriate choice of entry: Parent or Student.

CLICK ON THE BLUE HYPERLINK.

5. Using the navigation tools along the left side of the screen, locate “Gradebook.”

CLICK GRADEBOOK.

6. Determine the specific gradebook you wish to view in its entirety.

CLICK ON THE NAME OF THE GRADEBOOK TO OPEN THE GRADEBOOK.

7. When you are in the gradebook, you will see:

Date: the date a task was assigned

Assignment: the name of the assignment (blue hyperlink)

Assignment Category: the type of assignment

Resources: documents, links, etc. that go with the assignment

Score: indicating a score, “Not Graded”, or “Not Due”

Score Type: < this is not relevant>

Points: Your grade on an assignment & additional designations “Late”, “Missing”, or “incomplete”

Notes: specific information from the instructor

Drop Box: date range indicating when students can load digital copies of the assignment. If there isn’t a Date Range, students can print & submit the assignment to the classroom mailbox.

8. When you click on the name of a specific assignment, you can access additional information about the assignment.

Grade Book Assignment Detail: Here you can find the date the task was assigned, the date it was due, and a description of the task.

Resources: Here you can find materials & links that a student would need to complete the task. You can download the items by clicking on them. (If there aren’t any here, you will need to ask the instructor for paper copies.)

Digital Drop Box: Here you load in your completed tasks by clicking OPEN & then locating the file on your computer. It is officially “loaded” when you see it appear in the Drop Box as a blue hyperlink.
