In-House Lawyer / In – house Legal Advisor

Key resposibilities:

providing day to day legal support to the Company`s departments in the field of: corporate law, civil and commercial law, building and construction law,

drafting, commenting and negotiating a variety of contracts including in particular:

general construction agreemements, contracts with subcontractors, architects, technical advisors,

drafting and reviewing corporate documents (M&A, POA`a, corporare resolutions),

drafting, commenting and negotiating commercial lease agreements and property management agreements,

legal assistance during due diligence processes (in cooperation with the external law firms),

cooperating with external legal advisors.

Requirements:

legal higher education (Legal Advisor or Advocate will be a plus), 2-6 years of work experience in a law firm (real estate or construction

practice) or as an in-house Lawyer in the companies operating on the real estate and construction markets: developers, investors or construction companies etc.,

fluent English (business and legal, C1 level is a minimum), ability to identify and analyze legal issues and provide legal solutions, practilcal legal experience in the field of building and construction law,

contracts with GC and subcontractors and architects, Experience in M&A transactions and general corporate matters.
