Draft Official Plan and Guidelines Open HouseThursday June 20, 2013, 7:00 -8:30 pm

The City of Stratford, as part of Shaping Stratford, its Official Plan Review and Update, invites you to the third of five public sessions which are a key part of this important planning program.
Open House Goal: To review the draft updated Official Plan and draft Urban Design and Landscape Guidelines.
The Opportunity: To provide your input and to share your views on draft Official Plan and draft Guidelines.
The Event: A series of boards will be provided for review both before and after the presentation. The boards summarize the key directions in the draft Plan and Guidelines. City staff and the study consultant will be available to discuss the draft documents informally and to respond to individual questions. At 7:30 pm a presentation will be made and an opportunity will be available to ask general questions. Comment sheets will be available for those attending to provide their input.
Alternative Opportunities for Input: Your input is important. If you cannot attend the open house, you can also share your views online – please visit the Shaping Stratford website at www.shapingstratford.ca. The website will also provide you with additional information on the study and allow you to add your name to the Study mailing list.
