Eagles Cry venue guarantees that you, our valued client, will receive an excellent standard of service.

All menus exclude a R200.00 pp venue hire fee (Min of 120 people-R24 000.00 venue hire fee) inclusive of vat. For functions 200 people and more it would be R180.00 per person venue hire. (This price is valid for 2019 and 2020 only.)

Reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of a non refundableR10 000.00 deposit which is required within 10 days of making the provisional booking. Once the confirmation date expires, the provisional booking will automatically be released.

Should this wedding/function date be changed within the 3 months prior to the confirmed date, another deposit will be required to secure the new date.

Please note that our canapé menu is not an option it is a requirement of Eagles Cry Wedding and Function Venue!

Functions on Saturdays & public holidays are inclusive of the following:

- Sole use of the venue- Complimentary homemade lemonade will be served after the service- Setting up of the venue - Bridal Table- 12 seater natural wooden rectangular tables- White linen napkins- Cake Table- Gift Table- White wimbledon Chairs- Easel for seating plan- Wooden podium for speeches- Full bar service with waitrons. The bar will close at 12.00pm Along with the

venue. An additional charge of R 1 500.00 will be charged per hour after midnight for the venue hire and R80. per waiter and R100.00 per Barman per hour will be charged after midnight.

- Hiring of all glasses, cutlery and crockery- There will be secure parking with security guards present- Clearing and cleaning up of the venue - 1 nights complimentary B&B stay for the Bride and Groom on the night of the

wedding

The price excludes the following:

- Set up at ceremony site either on the lawns or on the waters edge for under 200 ppl. R5 000.00, 200ppl. or more will be R6 000.00

- White linen table clothes - Draping and fairy lights in the hall.- Draping and fairy lights of the tables.- Overlays- Table décor- Cake ( Our In house Pastry chef specializes in Wedding cakes at an extra

cost)- Sweet Table (Can be arranged by our chef at an extra cost.)- Cheese Tower and biscuits (Can be arranged by our chef at an extra cost.)- Flower arrangements- Any other colour linen- Crystal glasses
