Work only from an approved workstation, these are identified with a green sticker and state ‘COVID-19 Approved Workstation’.

Wipe in – Wipe out Desk Sanitiser Stations are available throughout the office:

‘Wipe in’ – Wipe workstation and IT equipment before you start work

‘Wipe out’ – Wipe your workstation and IT equipment when you are preparing to leave the facility

Put waste items in bins and clear your workstation.

Wipe Out – wipe your workstations and IT equipment.

Wash/sanitise hands.

Report to the reception team at the entrance that you came in, and notify them that you are leaving

ON ARRIVAL WHEN IN THE BUILDING ON EXITINGrequirements for entry and the process for requesting a reactive clean of the turnstile should a person sneeze or cough when inside the turnstile.

Comply with the one-way system in place on the stairwells A and C core stairwells are up only B, D and E core stairwells are

down only Lifts are for sole occupancy use

only and can be used for travelling up or down

Welfare Communal kitchen areas and tea points can be used whilst

observing social distancing. Kitchen equipment such as microwaves and fridges should be

wiped before and after use. Drinking water is available via the water fountains in the core

areas. Existing hot drink vending machines are available. Food, cold drinks and snacks / confectionery vending machines

are available in H440 Forum. Gather & Gather Café at C core is open Monday- Thursday

8.00am-14.00pm and Friday 8.00am-11.30. Access to the café is via A or E core. Face coverings must be worn in the café area.

Main doors to the toilet facilities will remain open to help users identify if the facility is in use and minimise touch points. A single toilet lobby door can be closed to preserve modesty, if required. Handwashing/sanitising to be undertaken when closing and opening doors. Only use cubicles, urinals and sinks identified with green signage.

Hinton House showers are closed, residents are advised to use the shower facilities in Allday House.

The smoking shelter off the A-C link corridor is open, access is via A or E core. The door to the link corridor should remain closed, hand sanitising facilities are available. Smoking in front of Hinton House entrances is not permitted.

Office Facilities Sellafield Ltd plotters are available at H200, H340 and H480. All print rooms/areas are open, only 1 person should access the

print room/area at any time. DO NOT use cleaning products on the screens or keypads, wash/sanitise hands before and after use.

Meeting rooms have reduced capacities to allow social distancing, the capacity is displayed at the entrance to the room. Social

ON ARRIVAL WHEN IN THE BUILDING ON EXITINGdistancing must be followed or adhere to the numbers allocated.

If you develop COVID-19 symptoms while at work, you should: Collect your belongings and leave the building; avoid touching

anything and ask for anything you may have touched to be wiped down.

Return home immediately and comply with government advice for self-isolation; do not return to work until period of self-isolation is complete.

Report situation to your line manager. Line managers must raise a condition report if a member of their

team tests positive for COVID-19. Enhanced cleaning is available via OneFM Helpdesk, who can

also be contacted for cleaning solution, if required.

FIRE EVACUATION ARRANGEMENTS - HINTON HOUSE If you see or suspect a fire: - Press the nearest red break glass unit then vacate the building as directed below. Report to the Incident Commander at the visitor’s car park providing the reason for activation of alarm.

Then proceed to your muster point. On hearing the fire evacuation alarm: - Leave the building, quickly, calmly, using the nearest safe emergency exit. Do not use the lifts. Do not stop or go back into the building to collect personal belongings. Do not exit through the turnstiles, use the emergency exit doors. Assemble at the car park (see plan above) at the muster point with the first letter of your surname. Form an

orderly line, obeying social distancing rules were possible. Do not leave your muster point until told to do so. Keep off the road to allow free access for emergency response vehicles. Do not leave the Hinton House site unless authorised to do so by OneFM Security. If you are the first person to arrive at your designated muster point with your surname, you will be responsible

for conducting the roll call. The roll call information will be distributed by OneFM staff, until you receive this information, please ensure

all personnel form an orderly line. Register all people in your muster point and hand the roll call information to OneFM staff, when instructed to do so, stating whether all staff are accounted for.

Do not re-enter the building until told to do so. Each muster point will be instructed to re-enter the building in stages. There will be a controlled instruction to re-enter Hinton House via A core, C Core reception and C Core rear, to be disbursed to your place of work.

If you have just arrived on the premises, but not yet signed into the building, please assemble at the muster point with the first letter of your surname and inform the roll caller of your arrival. You must ensure you sign into the building after the fire evacuation has finished.

If you plan to leave the building after the evacuation has finished, you must re-enter the building and sign out in the normal manner or the register will be compromised.

Visitors: - All SL visitors to assemble at the visitors muster point (see plan above), a roll call will be taken. Visitors escort to collect their visitors when instruction is given to re-enter Hinton House. PEEP buddy:- Upon hearing the fire alarm, assemble at the designated PEEP workstation. When route is clear and it is safe to do so, assist PEEP holder out of the building via the nearest exit and to

the muster point with the first letter of their surname (see plan above). If PEEP holder requires a chair, please notify OneFM Security. Proceed to your muster point for roll call. On return to the building when told to do so, please assist the PEEP holder back into the building.
