Your child should have 2 Science Weekly’s that I gave before our break. Please begin to read Physical Science Week 3: Building a Universe. If you want, try to do some of the experiments in the pamphlet. Please try the Freeze It experiment that is on the bottom of this assignment. You don’t need to write anything in a journal, but please just write down what your prediction will be and why before you complete the experiment. You can just write your sentence on the bottom of the page. Please answer the questions on the bottom of the sheet on your own. Please take a picture of it and send it to me through Class Dojo. I will be giving you a quiz over this Science Weekly next week. I will probably allow you to use the pamphlet to help you on the quiz since you won’t have any notes to study.

If you have any questions while you are completing your work, please class dojo me. You will only need to send to me what is in red.

An Easter Poem

Name _______________________

Finish the poem with the missing words:

Peace Sunday third fish locked disciples raised angel

Early Sunday morning, on the _________________day,

Women saw at Jesus’ tomb the stone was rolled away.

Wondering and worried, they entered the tomb.

The body of the Lord was not in the room.

But an _________________sat there, dressed in robes of white.

He said to the women, “Everything’s all right.”

The one who was dead is no longer here.

Jesus has been _______________.”

The words brought joy and fear.

At the angel’s order, the women ran to tell this news to the __________________, who were hiding well.

The men did not believe the good news that they heard.

But later on that day Christ proved the women’s word.

Although the doors were ______________, Jesus himself came

And stood with his disciples-but not to shame or blame.

“________________be with you,” he said. He showed his hands and feet.

He seemed to be a ghost till he had ___________________to eat.

All with faith in Jesus celebrate each ___________________.

We celebrate that, as Christ rose, so will we one day.
