(These are print screens I have captured during the course of working in Photoshop on all my images. They are not every print screen of every image as a lot of them use the same technique and I have tried to show different ones used in different ways. ) (This print screen shows how to get to the filter gallery. First you will need to go along the top to filter then down to filter gallery. In filter gallery many filters can be found and messed around with to find the best one which works well with your image. This was done to make the image look better. )

(This is showing how I cropped an image. It is located down the left and the area you want to keep is selected after it is right you right click and select crop. This was done as the image was too big and there was nothing important happening in the rest of the image. I wanted the point of focus to be on the strip of light so I cropped it. ) (This print screen shows an area being selected and exposure of that area which is brightened. This is done to make it look as if more light is coming through the blind. ) (This print screen is an example of the clone tool being used to delete and hide some of the obstacles affecting the image in the original photo. It is best used by doing small clicks and keeps changing the cloned area than just holing it down and copying everything. )

(For these images the exposure was changed again but this time the light area was chosen and made brighter. This was done to make the light stand out more and make a better image. Both images together show the light being selected then the exposure being changed. )

(Next the healing tool was used which is also located on the left hand side. The icon is a little plaster. By right clicking on the icon more options will show up and the healing brush tool can be selected as show above. To use the tool you need to alt click again and brush over the area that needs to be healed/blended. This is done to bend to parts together and not leave a distinctive difference between two parts. ) (The clone stamp tool was then used which can be found down the left hand side of the screen. The icon is a little stamp it is then used by alt clicking over the area you want to clone and then normal clicking on where you want to print it. This is done on this image to extend the size of the hole. ) (First on this image the brightness of the hole was increased by changing the exposure of the whole image. This is done the same way as shown below. )

(To change the exposure of an area select it then go to image adjustments then exposure and use the slide bar to change it. This has been done to make the door way stand out more and create a bigger contrast between colours. ) (Here I went to image then to adjustments and then hue and saturation. After I changed them both to try and make the image look better. )
