Visibility reporting (6%)Provide a “Monthly Visibility Report” that tracks the number of visitors to the Commonwealth’s website, the number of likes/followers on its social media channels, the number of downloads of its publications and videos and the number of mentions in mainstream media, and also provides analysis of why audiences may be growing or declining, positive and negative tone, etc.

iv. How many contacts do you have on your database? How many Commonwealth countries are represented? (See www.thecommonwealth.org/member-countries for the full list.) How many contacts do you have for each of the 53 countries? i.e. Antigua ?, Australia ?, etc.

v. Describe the database search function listing all search categories and results filters. What countries, regions and sectors are covered (i.e. finance, environment, politics, etc)? Can you sort or search for any key word or are the categories pre-defined? Is there a way to search by what media contacts have been writing about or posting on social media?

vi. How would your system integrate with or support our own locally-stored contacts list? Would the two operate side-by-side or be integrated together? Can we add our own contacts to your database and, if so, how would these be managed and maintained by you (without adding them to lists accessible to your other clients)? In addition, how would we search and update our contacts in your database? Are we able to export and save your contacts to our own CRM database (for example, Microsoft Dynamics) to add to our own list?

(f) your organisation—

(i) has been guilty of serious misrepresentation in supplying the information required for the verification of the absence of grounds for exclusion or the fulfilment of the selection criteria; or

(ii) has withheld such information or is not able to submit supporting documents?

(g) your organisation has undertaken not to (i) unduly influence the decision-making process of

the Commonwealth, or

(ii) obtain confidential information that may confer upon your organisation undue advantages in the procurement procedure; or

(h) your organisation has negligently provided misleading information that may have a material influence on decisions concerning exclusion, selection or award.
