OrgSync. Actively recruit new members, followers, or likes on social media outlets. Experience with website development and maintenance. Maintain working relationship with Student Activities/Centennial Student

Union Graphic Designers with programmers. Coordinate collection of promotional materials for CSU Captivated Audience

o Meetings: 1 hour Homecoming board meeting 1 hour advisor one-on-one 1 hour committee meeting 1 hour transition meeting with outgoing chair (first term only)

o Flex hours consist of any outside work (they may also be completed in office) Attend and facilitate weekly committee meetings, including cooperative agenda creation,

o Meetings: 1 hour Homecoming board meeting 1 hour advisor one-on-one 1 hour committee meeting 1 hour transition meeting with outgoing chair (first term only)

o Flex hours consist of any outside work (they may also be completed in office)

Attend and facilitate weekly committee meetings, including cooperative agenda creation, group bonding, program selection, and volunteer coordination.

Work with committee to develop a spirited theme. Meet monthly with the programming board. Ability to meet for at least 4 hours/week during the summer session (first two “Meetings” as

listed above and two office hours) and perform outside tasks as needed. Attend the National Association of Campus Activities regional conference with the newly

elected Homecoming board. Work with advisor to conduct event evaluation and assessment, including survey before

and after events. Assist with summer orientation tabling.

Spirit Lunch). Edit, distribute, and facilitate the Homecoming Sponsorship Packet and Business

Competition Forms. Solicit and coordinate event sponsorships as requested by the Homecoming Events and

Homecoming Competition chairs. Work with advisor to conduct event evaluation and assessment, including survey before

and after events. Attend and support all student programming Homecoming events. Create and distribute all Press Releases and Media Alerts in a timely manner. Maintain Homecoming website, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube accounts, and OrgSync. Actively recruit new members, followers, or likes on social media outlets. Complete at least one innovative promotional campaign for each event. Maintain working relationship with Student Activities/Centennial Student Union graphic
