The results of the Winter Portsmouth and Frostbite Leagues are in

Well done all those archers braving the chill/rain/wind over the winter to submit scores for the Winter Hertfordshire Frostbite and Portsmouth Leagues on the field or in the barn. The results released this week show how successful our club has been.

The results show 1st positions for Hinxworth Compounds and Longbows shooting the indoor Portsmouth rounds, with our Recurves coming 4th in the 1st Division.

Again, our Compounds and Longbows achieved 1st position in the Frostbite competition, with Recurves coming 2nd.

Shooting the last Frostbite Sunday 25 March

Trying to shoot better?

Please remember our coaches, David Osmond, Marianne Osmond, David Wayman, Bob Scales, Tony Dawson, Alan Townsend and Rob Atkinson are always happy to assist with any issues you have with your shooting – just ask them to organise some one-to-one coaching for you.

Glenn Butterworth has enrolled on a level 1 Coaching Course at Aim4Sport starting in July. This means that Hinxworth will have a total of 8 coaches, the highest pro-rata coach to archer rating of any other club in the county. Well done Glenn!
