A unique Customer Isolated DMZ Network is created to house the ExaGrid

1. Customer will call ODS’s 24/7 disaster hotline declaring the disaster

2. ODS engineers will immediately engage the datacenter team to shut down and un-rack the ExaGrid

3. The ExaGrid will be overnight shipped to the customer for recovery of critical data

4. OR – ODS Engineers will begin spinning up a hosted environment
