Technical Presentation / Configuration

Once the BonitaLife portlet is deployed on the Liferay portal, configuration is very easy, just go to the Control Panel and fill the Bonita Server properties. Find detailed step by step instructions on www.bonitalife.org (install)


Technical Presentation / Processes

A process consists on a series of related steps with a specific bussiness objetive. From BonitaLife portlet you can

• Activate / De-activate a deployed process• Start an activated process


Technical Presentation / Cases

Lets say that a case is an ongoin process, with its own data, user, etc. So, from de same Liferay portlet you can execute actions over it like:

• View the process diagram• View or add comments• Remove a Case


Technical Presentation / Tasks

Finally a task from BonitaLife point of view, consist on a human assignnement duty, part of a process, that should be carried out by a person, so the available actions on it are:

• Assign or Unassig the task to me.• View the process diagram• Add or view the comments• Execute its form.
