Page (Front End View)From the Front End View, Pages and Posts look very similar. They both have Headers (Titles) and asection to display content (text, images, videos, etc.). However, Pages will always have a URL thatindicates the name of the page.

Post (Front End View)A Post, on the other hand, has a URL where the year and month is displayed before the Title. This isanother way to see the difference between a "timeless" Page and a time-dependent Post.

Back End ViewThis is the Back End View. It is only visible after logging in with your username and passwordthrough veinternational.org/wp-admin.

The parts to focus on are the Toolbar (1) and the Dashboard bar (2).

Posts (Back End View)After clicking on Posts (or All Posts) in the Dashboard bar, you are brought to a full listing of thePosts that have been Published. To Edit an existing Post, simply click on the Linked Title of thatPost. To create a new Post, select one of the Add New buttons.

Front End View (While Logged In)After logging in, the Toolbar (1) will be visible while you view the Front End. This is helpful because itallows you to Edit the Page or Post (3) you are currently viewing, so you can make changes as younotice them without having to navigate back through the Dashboard on the Back End. You may alsochoose to add a new Post or Page (2) from this Toolbar.

Example of Edit Page (While Logged In)When you're on the Page entitled "Home" of your state site (veinternational.org/xx <--- Two letterstate abbreviation, or /college for the College Network), click Edit Page (3 in above image) to get tothe Back End of the Home Page.

From here, you may edit the text (1), add media (such as Images, PDF files, etc., 2), preview thechanges you made (3), and then finally update the page (4). Any changes you make in this end willbe reflected in the Front End after clicking Update, so make sure you're edits are ready beforeupdating.
