Log in from the home page at duprescott.com

We made logging in simpler. You don’t need to remember both a user ID and a password.Just use your email address and your password. If you forgot your password, just enter your email in the “Get your login credentials” section

Once you log in, you are in the “my account” section. There are a number of tabs you can access to update your account information and moreThe most important tab is the “My reports” tabThat’s where you will find links to all of your subscriptions

Example: Vacancy Report – Custom Report #3Select the county, then the Investment Area and then the area you want

Or select “Neighborhoods” or “census tracts” from the “Search Type” sectionThat gives you an expanded list. Select one or more neighborhoods or census tracts from the list.

When you click “create my detailed report” you will see the message,“Generating report – please wait” while the website gets your data

The report will show up on the same page. You no longer need to go back and forth between your “selection” page and “results” page.

If you want to change your selection criteria, just change them above your custom report and click “Create my detailed report.”

Example: Custom sales comparables reportSelect your criteria, narrowing down your selection to no more than 100 sales.

You need to input the sales date range using mm/dd/yyyy. You used to be able to input 1/1/15 and now you need to input 01/01/2015.It’s a drawback, but the new code is what makes all the other improvements possible.

Example: Custom sales comparables reportYour summary report appears below on the same page.Click on any photo or property name to see a detailed report for that sale.Narrow the list of sales using the “Select” boxes (left column)
