- Juice on the tables will be extra @ R8.00pp- Please feel free to discuss any dietary or alternative menu requirements with us.- Our Chef will be happy to accommodate any requests.
BOOKING INFORMATION
A deposit of R5 000.00 is payable to con�rm your booking and this will serve as venue hire, after which a contract will be set accordingly. This deposit will be forfeited if the function is cancelled, for whatever reason.
If the date is tentatively booked the date will be held for a period of 7 days. To con�rm the date the deposit must be paid during the 7 days . If the deposit is not paid before the 7th day, the reservation is automatically cancelled and the date will be given to the next customer.
A further R5 000.0 is due for breakages and the balance will be refunded within 7 days after the function. The amount of breakage plus 50 % of the quoted amount is payable 2 months before the function. The balance is promptly payable 2 weeks prior to the function. If not the function will be automatically cancelled with forfeiture of all money paid.
The venue is rented for the entire day of the wedding date. The bar stays open until 12 o’clock. The bar can remain open for an additional cost of R1000 per hour up to 02:00 in the morning.
