Group Contract and Reservations Procedure

Group confirmation:

Hotel requests a contract signing and a confirmationdeposit equal to one night per reserved room.

The confirmation deposit serves to protect the rooms

block. This deposit is reimbursed upon group arrival

or can be applied towards group expenses.

In order to get the contracted rate, Individuals should

call to the reservations department directly and make

their reservations under the CODE we will provide.

Each participant will be responsible for their ownroom and additional expenses. To secure

reservations, Hotel will request each participant a

major credit card and will post two nights of their

stay on their credit card at the time of reserving their

room.

Once room block is definitive (contract signed and

confirmation deposit received) the rooms will be

available to reservations until 30 days before group

arrival. After this date rooms unreserved will be

released and further reservations will be subjected toavailability and rates may vary.

Cancellations should be made in writing with a hotel

confirmation. Up to 15 days prior to arrival

cancellations are accepted without any penalty.

Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival will be

subjected to two-nights at the contracted room rate.

Individuals with guaranteed reservations, who fail to

arrive on the confirmed date, will be charged the

group rate for the applicable nights.

No cancellations or reductions of the room block are

allowed. In case not all rooms are reserved by the

group participants:

From contract signing to 15 days from date of arrival,

group agrees to pay a one-night fee at the contracted

group rate for every room not reserved or cancelled.
