Here at Mount Victoria Manor, we have a heritage rich building, stunning views and a restaurant that uses local seasonal produce matched with our hand picked wines.

We pride ourselves on our historical venue, our food, wines and team that will create your wedding that’s created just for you.

On the day

At Mount Victoria Manor we offer couples a stress free day from the moment of your arrival through to a memorable reception.

Following your wedding ceremony we invite your guests to enjoy canapés and refreshments whilst the bridal party has an opportunity to have professional photographs in the beautiful Blue Mountains.

Our wedding packages are all-inclusive and can be tailored to suit you theme, style and wishes.

Ceremony Onsite

We can tailor an onsite wedding on our croquet lawn. We can provide a marquee, ceremony chairs and signing table. (Please see package extras).

We welcome live music and entertainment and can provide a list of local artists should you require this.

Our service of high quality food with matched wines and impeccable service will ensure that your wedding is a memorable one.

We aim to provide food with local produce that highlights the best of the region and our wines and other refreshments are also locally sourced.

We have packages that can be tailored to suit your and your guest’s needs.

Accommodation

In keeping with the history of Mount Victoria Manor as a retreat, hotel and guesthouse we can offer accommodation for up to 51 guests in various room configurations during your event.

We offer the bride and groom a complimentary night in our dedicated honeymoon suite for the perfect start on their new journey.

We also offer the newly wed couple the opportunity to return to Mount Victoria Manor within 12 months of their wedding day for a complimentary weekend accommodation with breakfast included.

We would also like to offer a 1pm checkout to all guests in the party.


Accommodation Options

We can accommodate 49 people in our hotel in configurations of Queen rooms, King rooms, Family rooms and Apartments. We can also provide extra bedding for children if required.

For the booking of the whole hotel the cost is $3,675 per night and for the whole weekend $7,350. This price includes a cooked breakfast each morning for each guest.

We would also like to offer a third night accommodation to each guest at a cost of $20.00 per person including breakfast.

Our deluxe rooms all have ensuite bathrooms and family rooms and apartments have share bathrooms. Each room or apartment has a television and free wifi. Our bathroom products are supplied by Gilchrist and Soames, and each room has bathrobes and electric blankets.

We offer a fully cooked breakfast, a selection of cold accompaniments and tea and coffee for each guest in our newly refurbished breakfast room.


The Bride and Groom

Mount Victoria Manor would like to say congratulations to the bride and groom on their wedding and future and we would like to provide the following complimentary services.

• Use of the bridal suite for the bride, her attendants and family prior to the wedding,

• Full service of the bridal suite during the reception,

• Accommodation for the bride and groom in our bridal suite on their wedding night,

• Complimentary champagne, chocolates and berries upon arrival to suite after the reception. Champagne provided can be selected from Verve Clicquot, Moet or Pol Roger,

• Complimentary champagne (local selection) breakfast in the bridal suite the morning following the wedding if desired,

• A complimentary weekend within the first 12 months of the wedding date for the bride and groom with breakfast included each morning of the weekend.

Wines, beers and other beverages

At Mount Victoria Manor we aim to provide the best of the region and we have done extensive research into local wines, beers and other beverages.

We are constantly updating our wine list and can confirm the next years selection in September of the preceding year.

We are currently working with local producers to provide the best of the region and are awaiting the next vintage to make our selection of the finest there is to offer.

We would like to provide two options for a beverage package:

$35 per head for a 3 hour wine, beer and alternate beverages package

or

$45 per head for a 4 hour wine, beer and alternate beverages package

Wines: a selection of local red and white wines

Beers: a selection of local beers, corona, stella or crown

Soft drinks and waters: lemonade, cola, lemon squash, local cordials etc

or

Purchase on consumption (bar tab) minimum spend $2000


Package extras

To ensure you have the perfect day we can assist with the provision of many extras.

Marquees:

Ranging in size from 9m x 9m ($585 unlined or $1,100 silk lined) to 9m x 24m ($1,400 unlined to $2,850 silk lined)

Free standing Marquees:

Ranging in size from 6m x 12m ($1,250 unlined to $1,500 silk lined) to 10m x 20m ($4,500 unlined to $5,200 silk lined)

Lighting for marquees:

Choices include fairy lights $46 for 50m, flood lights @ $17 per unit, Chandeliers@ $120 per unit

Flooring for marquee:

from $9 per square metre

Chairs suitable for outdoors:

Ranging from $1.75 per unit for stackable white chairs to $6.50 per unit for White Gladiator Chairs.

Local suppliers and services

We can supply details of local providers of services to make your day special.

From florists, cake decorators, photographers, entertainers and stationary, we work with locals and highly recommend their services.
