Wedding & Party Rates – 2018 Thank you for your interest in the North Tahoe Event Center for your special event. Our lakefront facility offers affordable pricing and professional catering. Please feel free to contact us to reserve a preferred date, check availability or schedule a site tour. Rental Fees include room furnishings such as round banquet tables, cake-gift and DJ table, chairs, buffet tables, staging, dance floor, portable bar, cocktail tables, as well as staff time to set up and tear down. You are responsible for linens, DJ, flowers, photographer, license/officiate, and someone to coordinate/oversee your event. Your event will be set and ready to go two hours prior to your event for decorating. Additional time may be added for $65 per hour. Our in-house caterer pays your catered event fees. The attached menus are a portion of what is available, but custom menus are designed for each event. Bella Affair welcomes your input. If you select an outside caterer a fee of $6.50 per guest for dinner or $3.50 per guest for lunch will apply. You will be responsible for place settings, glassware and flatware if your chosen caterer does not include them as part of their package.
