Whether you would prefer a summer barbeque on the lawn or a

five course dining experience, you need only sit down with our

wedding planner and head chef to discuss the details.

Venachar cullen skink, toasted whole meal bread, butter

Duck liver and cognac parfait, pear and shallot chutney, toasted soda bread

Ballantine of free-range chicken leg stuffed with haggis and wrapped in Aberfoyle cured bacon,

roasted baby vegetables, Glengoyne whisky and shallot reduction

Crisp wild salmon fillet, fennel risotto, rock samphire and fine herb and lemon emulsion

Seared Trossachs venison loin, celeriac puree, dauphinois potatoes, red currant jus, parsnip crisps

Vanilla poached summer berries, raspberry macaroon ice cream, pistachio nut tuille biscuit

Pan roasted halibut fillet, Orkney crab crushed potatoes, young spinach and broad beans, red wine

This is an example autumn/ winter menu. This menu features the best produce the area has

to offer and includes coffee/ tea and chocolates. £65.00 per person.

We can create imaginative menus to suit any budget.

Our chefs are creative and flexible and will discuss your

menus personally with you. Our aim is to work with you to

create your perfect menu within your budget.

In addition to the food and drink there is a facilities charge of £1995.00. We try very hard to make sure that you get the most from this charge. We include:
