Cave Hill Creek’s stunning bush and lake location, surrounded by the mountains of the Mt Cole State Forest, offers a unique & intimate setting for your ceremony, photographs and

reception. The extensive gardens and grounds, open pavilion and function room (both featuring large bluestone fireplaces and lake views) all offer a perfect setting day or night.

During your function, guests will likely meet numerous kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas and a wide variety of Australian birdlife, and even spot a platypus in the lake.

We work together with you to ensure your day reflects your own

personality and style.

The venue can accommodate up to 140 guests for a seated meal or up to

250 guests for a cocktail style function. For guests who travel, comfortable

accommodation is available for up to 140 guests, including a

hearty country breakfast.

Looking for a destination where you and your guests can celebrate for the whole weekend?

Cave Hill Creek offers a special Destination Wedding Package which allows you and your

guests the convenience and enjoyment of a whole weekend away.

The base package includes:

2 Night Package (Friday, Saturday)

Mount Cole 3 Course Roast Buffet Reception Package with a 6 hour Pavilion beverage

package;

2 night’s accommodation including bed linen hire

Friday night dinner

Cash Bar Service for guests on Friday night

Saturday continental breakfast and light lunch

Sunday Country Style Cooked Breakfast

Catering At Cave Hill Creek we love creating great food, and matching it with

our excellent local wines and beers.

You may choose from one of our Wedding Packages, including options for:

Four Course sit down meal, including canapes;

Three Course Roast Buffet menu, including canapes;

or

Cocktail menu

A current seasonal menu will be made available to you 6 weeks prior to your

function. Your wedding package and menu selections will need to be confirmed

with us 3 weeks prior to your function. We recommend a visit at this point to

finalise your wedding arrangements.

All packages include tea and coffee and we are happy to cut and serve

your wedding cake.

Please be sure to discuss all your menu requirements, including special diets,

with our Functions Coordinator.

Our dining room, long veranda and outdoor pavilion all provide perfect

locations for your reception.

Elegant white tablecloths and napkins are provided for round, square, rectangular

or picnic tables. Classic white crockery, silver cutlery & glassware

will complete the picture.

For your convenience, Cave Hill Creek is available for set up, decoration and

rehearsal from 4pm the day before your wedding.

Cave Hill Creek prides itself on offering the best Regional Wine & Handcrafted

Premium Ale. The Pyrenees Grampians region is renowned for producing some of

Australia’s finest bold reds, delectable sparkling & sublime whites. The Local and

The Pavilion Beverage Menus are sure to impress. Cave Hill Creek is a licensed

venue and we remind guests strictly no BYO.

Cave Hill Creek offers guests to choose from one of our two fabulous beverage

packages. Beverages offered as part of these package menus can also be offered

on a consumption basis, should you choose this option we request you select four

wines and three beers from our range.

Pre Wedding Bridal Party Hampers

We can provide pre-wedding food and beverage hampers for the bridal party to enjoy prior to your ceremony and reception.

Accommodation Accommodation for the Bride and Groom is complimentary in our unique glamping bridal

suite, featuring king size bed, ensuite and fabulous mountain views.

Cave Hill Creek can host up to 140 guests in comfortable, clean, bunk style rooms

and deluxe eco tents. Rooms can accommodate 5-11 guests, some with ensuites and double

beds. Our accommodation option provides the opportunity for you to relax and unwind the

next morning over a hearty cooked breakfast with your guests.

Breakfast is available from 9am and includes a full continental & cooked breakfast

with a seasonal fruit platter, juice, tea & coffee.

Guests are asked to bring their own linen (pillows provided), towels, swag or

sleeping bag. As an optional extra, linen can be provided.

Friday night accommodation is also available and includes a continental breakfast

and light lunch on Saturday.

Accommodation & account requirements are to be arranged

by the Bride & Groom.

Cave Hill Creek Terms & Conditions As it is important to us that your function is a success, we would appreciate your attention to

the following policies:

Confirmation of Booking

To secure your wedding date, a confirmation of booking must be made by providing a non-refundable

deposit of $3,000. A signed booking form acknowledges your agreement to, and confirms your

understanding, of our terms & conditions.

Confirmation of Numbers

To assist us to best prepare for your function, we require a confirmed number of function and

accommodation guests 14 days prior to the booked date.

Minimum Spend

The minimum spend applies to hire of Cave Hill Creek for your wedding function. The minimum spend

is the combined value of your function and accommodation.

It is common for accommodation costs to be passed on to our guests, but we do ask that that you settle

your account as one transaction – no split bills.

Terms of Payment

A booking is accepted as confirmed when a non-refundable deposit has been paid to Cave Hill Creek.

Full payment for all services is to be received 7 days prior to your event on receipt of a tax invoice.

Payment by cheque, cash or direct debit only.

For Venue Safety

Candles and Confetti are prohibited. All guests, entertainment, photographers etc to follow all parking

zones.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any service providers engaged (music, celebrant, transport, photo

booths etc) have public liability insurance and that a copy of this must be provided to Cave Hill Creek

prior to your function.

Damage

Guests are financially responsible for any damage sustained to Cave Hill Creek premises & grounds

during their event.

Liability

Cave Hill Creek will take all necessary care but accepts no responsibility for loss/damage of property or

personal injury arising from the use of facilities. Valuable items guests may bring will not be covered by

Cave Hill Creek.

Cancellation & Change of Date

In the event your circumstances change, please advise Cave Hill Creek as soon as possible. With at

least 6 months notice we are happy to transfer your function date, and deposit, to an alternate date. All

cancellations and date changes need to be in writing.

Price Variations

Whilst every endeavour is made to maintain prices as originally quoted, prices are subject to change

particularly when bookings are made well in advance. Change of date can alter the original quoted

package price.

Responsible Service of Alcohol

Cave Hill Creek Practices Responsible Service of Alcohol as specified in the Liquor Control Reform Act

1998. In line with the above act, we reserve the right to cease service of alcohol. Bar service & music

ends no later than 11.30pm. Guests not staying at Cave Hill Creek must depart by midnight.

Cave Hill Creek is a licensed venue at all times. Please remind your guests strictly no BYO.

Smoking

Cave Hill Creek is a no smoking venue. A designated smoking area is provided away from the buildings

and function spaces and guests are asked not to smoke in or near the buildings, courtyard or on the

front lawns.
