1st April – 30th June $2,396 per night

1st July – 31st August $2,882 per night

1st September – 31st October $2,325 per night

1st November – 31st December $2,245 per night

VENUE HIRE From $850 including the set-up of the property,

the use of McAlpine House outdoor furniture and dedicated Duty Manager for the event.

FUNCTION CAPACITYMaximum sit-down capacity: 60 persons

Maximum stand-up capacity: 100 persons.

Minimum 2 night reservation required.Rate includes complimentary WiFi and Tropical Continental breakfast daily.

Reservation confirmation: $1,500 deposit.Cancellation with 3 months notice of reservation dates: administration fee of $500.

BEVERAGE PACKAGES

Pinctada McAlpine House is a fully-licensed lodge. For your wedding reception, we offer a selection

of boutique Western Australian wines, boutique beers and international sparkling wines.

The beverage packages range from $40 per person for a 2 hour package to $70 per person for

our Premium Beverage 5 hour Package.

We require a minimum of 20 guests for the beverage packages.

Please ask for further details if you wish to proceed with your wedding reservation. Beverage

packages include drinks service staff.

Situated on the Pearler’s Verandah with French doors opening onto the

wide furnished verandah.

LIBRARY RETREAT 2Charming rooms situated on the first floor

above the McAlpine Suite.

Both rooms open onto the furnished private verandah surrounding a central Library.

The central Library provides an excellent dressing room for the bridal party.
