Confirmation has been set for Grade 5 in the Diocese of Steubenville. Your child must have been registered and attended regularly in Catholic School, Parish School of Religion or an Approved Home School Program one year prior to the reception of the Sacrament. Registration and seminars begin in October. First Penance and First Communion is celebrated in the spring of the second grade year of school. Children should be registered at BJKM School, our School of Religion or an Approved Home School program to receive the sacrament at least one year prior to the reception of the Sacrament.

Franciscan University Fatima Indulgence Site Pope Francis has granted a plenary indulgence those “who visit a

statue of Our Lady of Fatima… exposed for public veneration.” Visit on the 13th of each month until Oct.13, 2017, to

receive the indulgence, under the normal conditions. The statue is in the narthex of the University Chapel.
