Individual assignment(s) Week 15
• Task 2.3: Conduct a brief organisational analysis of the organisation that you are carrying out the project for. In case you are not working directly with an organisation, conduct this analysis for an organisation that could be servicing your end-user. This analysis could be based on the 7-S Model - Mc Kinsey; you can find a document on Toledo that could be used for this task.
Group interaction Week 15
• This time the group interaction should be planned after each team member has finished the individual assignment. Present a short summary of the organisational analysis online (3') to the others. Organise a group reflection after the presentations, compare between cases. You can record your presentations via Screen-Cast-O-Matic and share the result.
