Creative ArtsThinkWhat is your favourite type of artto make?Why do you enjoy making art?

CreateWe often use art as a way to havefun and explore new colours andstyles such as new patterns.

You will need:- Pencil- Coloring pencils or

crayons- Paper

Create your own animal. Give it aname, draw it, then draw theplace it lives in and decorate itwith lots of patterns and coloursthat you don’t normally use.

Here are some patterns to try:

CreateArtists create art to make theaudience who see it feel certainemotions. They often useexperiences from their own life tocreate these emotive art works.

Think about one of your memorieswhere you were happy. This couldbe a holiday, a birthday or maybejust a day at the park. Draw thisscene as detailed as you can andcolour it in. Make sure to use brightcolours to show that this is a happymoment.

Make sure you give the artwork atitle.

PDHPEWe have lots of problemseveryday and some are biggerthan others. Below is a list ofproblems or worries you mighthave. Write them in your book oron a piece of paper in order fromsmall problems to big problems.

Below are some problems youmight face. Write the problem inyour book or on a piece of paperand then write down 1 or moreways you could keep calm in thesituation.

1. A friend says that you can’tplay with them anymore.

2. You don’t get a turn athandball.

3. You make a mistake in yourbook.

4. Something that happened atschool keeps annoying youwhen you get home.

5. Someone pushes in front ofyou when you’re lining up.

Don't forget to have a mindfulnessbreak and do some stretching toend the day.
