timetable. Read through the fact cards, choose three cards and take photos around your

Design and make- plant sustainability and growth project

Recapping from last week's lesson we looked at the impacts of drought.

Today we will be designing and creating a sustainable water source to protect plants in

times of drought. The idea of this device is to be used in a third world country.

Here are some things you may want to think about when designing your device.

● What plants would be suitable for this experiment?

● Which plants would grow well in dry areas

● These plants need to be fast growing, food related plants that can be grown in the

classroom/ home.

Do some research and find two plants that would be suitable for this experiment.

Look at the science questions and answer them.
