Choice 1: Animal Locomotor For this activity, let’s move like some of our favorite animals. Do each movement for 30 seconds and then take a break before the next one. You can do these outside with a family member, or do it in an open space inside your home!-Bear Walk-Alligator Crawl-Crab Walk-Frog Jumps-Bunny Hops-Cheetah Sprints (will need space to run!)

Choice 2: Family Cardio For this activity, you and a family member can perform a cardiovascular exercise outside! Exercises you could do include:-Taking your dog for a walk-Go for a walk around the neighborhood-Take a bike ride-Jog or run on a sidewalk for 5 to 10 minutes-Jump rope
