We want every person to be engaged in worship weekly, every person in a group that is growing to be like Christ, every person serving, and ultimately we want the whole church to be multiplying disciples! In order to do this we can’t sit in the stands, or stand on the sidelines, we’ve all got to GET IN THE GAME. Drew and I are getting excited about this new series. is past week we produced a new promotional video that will be out on Facebook and on our website soon. We have planned our messages, and are going to have awesome worship services in the Sanctuary and in e Well. It’s going to be an outstanding series. We are especially excited about the Halſtime Show coming up on September 20th from 5-7 at the Amphitheater behind Stanley-Jensen Stadium. Half-way through our sermon series we are going to have a huge church-wide tailgate party with awesome musical entertainment from different music groups at our church. It’s going to be so much fun! Everyone is encouraged to bring a chair or blanket and their favorite tail-gating dish. We will be cooking out hamburgers and hotdogs, there will be activities for children, and a few surprises thrown in. More details will be forthcoming. Please go ahead and circle September 20th on the calendar. You don’t want to miss this! I want to thank you for your faithfulness. Last month we averaged around 600 people in worship each week! It was exciting to see how many people wanted to come and be part of what God is doing in and through our church. It’s an exciting time to be part of our church family. We will have invitation cards available for you to invite friends, co-workers, and family to the Get In the Game series. Please be thinking about who you can invite! In Christ, Rob

Get In the Game

A year ago our church went through the Imagine|Together process. Since then our Church Council has set our vision to be a church that is multiplying disciples who worship, grow, and serve for the transformation of the world. Starting NEXT Sunday we will begin a new series called Get in the Game which will help us all understand and begin living into our new vision. The focus of Get in the Game is that we want every member of our church family to become engaged in what God is doing here.

This past week we produced a new promotional video that will be out on Facebook and on our website soon. We have planned our messages, and are going to have awesome worship services in the Sanctuary and in The Well. It’s going to be an outstanding series. We are especially excited about the Halftime Show coming up on September 20th from 5-7 at the Amphitheater behind Stanley-Jensen Stadium. Half-way through our sermon series we are going to have a huge church-wide tailgate party with awesome musical entertainment from different music groups at our church. It’s going to be so much fun!
