Job Description
Customer Solutions Specialists (CSS) take inbound calls from members in need of roadside assistance (a tire change, a jump start, a tow for their vehicle) and arrange the needed service with a local towing company/wrecker service. CSSs take calls from all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada - the job involves no sales and no collections - it simply involves helping people out in their time of need!

Spanish/English or French/English bilingual CSSs are needed to fully assist our members all across the country.
Full, paid training for all new hires - no experience necessary! Full medical benefits (dental/vision) available after 60 days for full-time employees.

Department: Maintenance
Job Title: Facilities Maintenance (Machinery-Mechatronic)
Summary: This position is responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery and equipment, primarily
the customized assembly machines for Motor Production Lines.
Essential Functions of the Job: The essential functions of this job require the person, with or without
reasonable accommodations, to perform the following:
Receive verbal instructions from supervisor.
Perform basic to advanced machine repair and maintenance.
Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
Fabricates custom repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
Replace worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts, in machines and equipment.
Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
Lift or move up to 50 pounds and climb up to a height of 50 feet.
May be exposed to minor risk of electrical shock in the repair of electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Recommended Education and/or Experience
Technical School Degree (2 years) in Industrial Technology with a concentration and knowledge of
electrical circuits, electronic device basics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC programming
Minimum three to five years related machine repair and maintenance experience.

JOB TITLE: STUDENT NIGHT DISPATCHER
REPORTS TO: Supervisor of Engineering/Director of Engineering
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To operate the two-way radio system to provide for effective and accurate
communication between field personnel and others. To receive and record all after-
hours customer calls and determine and dispatch proper personnel and notify
supervisor when necessary in order to provide prompt service and restoration of
service. To maintain a record of activities during off-duty operation. To handle after-
hours customer service requests and to operate SCADA and PORCHE electronic outage
reporting system per supervisor’s instruction.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Four years of high school. Must be enrolled in an accredited college, preferably as a
freshman or a sophomore.
Basic knowledge of general office records and good communication skills. Must learn to
read computer printouts, understand System’s maps and dispatch board and be familiar
with service area. Some knowledge of roads within System area would be helpful.
Must have considerable skill in dealing with people including ability to deal with irate
customers. Requires tact, judgment and courtesy at all times.
Must be able to respond to call-out events within 5 minutes for outages, other system
events and job related responsibilities. May live in dorm room at Service Center on off-
hours.

SPHERION is recruiting for 50 RETAIL STOCKERS to assist a new Johnson City
department store in preparation for their GRAND OPENING DAY!
Must be at least 18 yrs of age. Previous work history not required.
Pay Rate is $12 per hour
Shifts available are 7am - 5pm or 10am - 8pm
This is a 6 days assignment starting July 12th
Work the full week or various days.
This will be a fast-paced environment as the store prepares for their grand
opening celebration. Employees are expected to have a “get-up & go” attitude.
Jobs will be repetitive in nature. It will include doing general stocking – unwrap
pallets, carry boxes to different aisles. Employees will open boxes, un-package
product, place product on the shelves, merchandise product, and light shelf
adjusting. Lifting will be required of up to 50 lbs; however, it is a two man lift for
anything over 50 lbs. Everyone will help with daily light clean up and trash. An 8-
step platform ladder may be used from time to time.
