Young AdultsThe Young Adult group meets on Tuesday, nights, 7:00 p.m. We are continuing our study “God

Will Make a Way.” This 8-week study will explore how to know God is present & working in our

Biblical Principles of MarriageStart your life together on the solid foundation of God’s Word by attending the quarterly

Kidnect Sunday School CarnivalJoin us on Sunday, December 17, 9:30-10:30 a.m. in the life|story Room at the La Vista Site.

Parents are invited to come enjoy the fun with their Sunday School (age 2- 5 grade)th

children. Middle and High School students will be helping with serving, games and prize

table. We hope you will join your kids for this chance to play together.!

& his wife Kayla will be here December 1-3. The congregation is invited to a dinner, Saturday,

December 2, 6:00 p.m. at the La Vista Site to meet them. Pastor Dan Prugh & his wife Jen will

be here December 5-6. The congregation is invited to meet them at the Wednesday night

Advent Dinner & worship service. Pastor Eric Kolonich & his wife Jen will be here December

10-12. The congregation is invited to a dinner, Monday, December 11, 6:00 p.m. at the La Vista

Site to meet them. We are excited to have these candidates here to visit and encourage you

Giving TreeOur Giving Tree has expanded this year! At the La Vista Site, we are offering gift tags from 6

different sites: Omaha Metro Care & Rehabilitation Center, Parkview Heights Elementary

School, Jefferson Elementary School, Parent Life, Granville Assisted Living and Open Door

Mission. Please take a tag off one of the Christmas trees, purchase the gift and return the

wrapped gift back to the tree your tag came from. Trees will be up Sunday, December 3 and

New HorizonsThe next New Horizon’s meeting will take place on Thursday, December 7, 11:30 a.m. in the Upper

Fellowship Hall at the La Vista Site. Lunch will consist of a potluck & we are asking members to

bring a double portion for our guests from Concordia High School. PLEASE DO NOT BRING

COOKIES THIS YEAR!! Our entertainment will be provided by the Concordia High School Chorale

PoinsettiasIt’s time to order Poinsettias to help decorate our church for Christmas!! Cost is $7.00 for a 6-inch,

5-7 bloom plant. Please use an envelope from the back tables in the Worship Center. Fill out

your name, mark it’s for “Poinsettias” & turn it in either in the offering plate or in the basket on the

fireplace in the front office. The deadline to order plants is Sunday, December 10.
