For the Page County Dust Abatement Program, please send your permit and payment directly to Jerico Services, Inc. the contractor who will be applying the dust control materials on the road. The program will consist of three applications of an approved dust control material. Jerico Services, Inc. will make applications during the months of May, July, and September, weather permitting. The cost is based on $1.23 per foot with a minimum distance of 300 feet for a total of $369.00 (sales tax included) for the three applications. The dust control material is intended to suppress dust, but there is no guarantee that it will eliminate all the dust. Any customer concerns or inquiries should be directed to Jerico Services, Inc. Page County has an obligation to the traveling public to keep the roads safe, and if it becomes necessary to blade the road to restore the smoothness of the road surface the county will do so without replacement treatment. The treated areas will typically be bladed within a few days of each dust control application to restore the desired surface and prolong the life of the dust control. Routine blading of all dust control locations will resume on November 1st.
