What is Weflex integrated logistic system? It is an innovative system designed by Weflex to manage

the logistic operation in warehouses and manufacturing plant, the aim is to control the movement and storage of materials and process the associated transactions, including shipping, receiving, putaway and picking, adopting the most advanced technologies.

The system directs and optimizes each operation, and assignes the job task to the resources, basing on the real-time information, controlled by computerized simulator, without paper. It monitors the progress of products through the warehouse. The database is updated, in real time, achieving accurate track of each operation.

Every resource is equipped with a specific device and software specifically designed to interact with the system. One of the main key points of the system is the full integration with RTLS system Track+Race by Indyon. The warehouses forklifts, equipped with Track+Race system, can identify automatically the goods and the storage locations, increasing the performance of every warehouse operation. Track+Race is virtually an automated storage and retrieval systems, using the forklifts instead of automatic guided vehicles.

This technical solution aims to revolutionize the warehouse management: increasing overall performances, increasing the effi ciency, reducing errors, simplifying the operations and providing to the company heads the instrument to keep warehouse stocks and resources accurately monitored.

ITile is the integrated system designed by Weflex specifically optimized on the needs of the ceramic tiles warehouses and manufacturing plant. ITile aim is to control the movement and storage of materials and process the associated transactions, including shipping, receiving, putaway and picking. The system manages of ceramic tile market attributes: grade, shade, caliber, special packaging, labeling and perform decisions and optimizations basing on the specific environment and features of ceramic tile product.

Every process is optimized: the picking strategies, the work balance, the management of the resources, the goods positioning in the warehouse, the shipping operations.

FORKFLIFT FLEET

How many forklifts? ITile can be adopted in any warehouse, starting since small warehouse, managed with 2 forklifts, ending with big logistic hubs, including separate warehouses and facilities, with over 100 forklifts controlled.

The software is designed to handle complex logistics processes, involving parallel/serial processes stations and diff erent type of vehicles.

The payback period for these technologies is very short in case of warehouses already computerized and outfi tted with wireless LAN and with warehouse management system (or with ERP including warehouse module) and the related hardware.

Weflex aim to design an eff ective, customized solution that fi t all the needs of the customer.

The fi rst step is providing to the customer a budget off er allowing to evaluate if the costs are compliant with the company economical investment strategies.

It the economical off er is compliant with company investment strategies, Weflex proposes to perform, directly on the company site, a feasibility study and consulting. In few days of analysis and site survey, Weflex is able to collect all the data needed to produce a technical report listing the savings expected by the system adoption and the final off er, including all the hardware and the services required.
