Lifocolor provides a wide assortment of white master-batches on various carrier polymers, which facilitatethe qualified white colouring of a variety of engineeringpolymers and standard types. These products are availablefrom stock; products not in our standard assortment areavailable upon request.

The pigment quality is a crucial factor when colouring polymerswhite. Furthermore, the standards are high. Important selectioncriteria include characteristics, such as opacity, light scattering,refractive index, degree of whiteness, weather fastness, abrasiveeffect and dispersion.

Formulations with high, low and no titanium dioxide

Titanium dioxide (TiO2) is still the most important white pigmentand is obtained from naturally occurring raw materials. Froma colouristic standpoint, it has the highest opacity and tintingstrength while also being incredibly bright. Our high-qualityLifocolor white masterbatches distinguish themselves throughefficient colouring costs even with high TiO2 loading.

Lifocolor’s range also has white masterbatches with low andno titanium oxide content for common standard types andengineering polymers. The incredible colouristic characteristicsof TiO2 are generally not completely achieved and must becompensated with a higher dosage.

product lifespans. This is why weoffer corresponding masterbatchesspecifically for colouring recycledmaterials white – and on recycledcarrier systems if desired.

It doesn’t always have to be in colour

Lifocolor bietet ein umfassendes Sortiment an Weiß-Masterbatches auf verschiedenen Trägerkunststoffen, diedas qualifizierte W eißfärben von unterschiedlichentechni-schen Kunststoffen und Standardtypen ermöglichen. Diese Produkte sind umgehend ab Lager verfügbar. Vom Stan-dard-Portfolio abweichende Produkte sind auf Anfrage er-hältlich.

Für die Weißeinfärbung spielt die Pigmentqualität eineentscheidende Rolle. Die Anforderungen sind hoch. WichtigeAuswahlkriterien sind die Eigenschaften hinsichtlich Deckkraft,Lichtstreuung, Brechungsindex, Weißgrad, Wetterechtheit,Abrasionswirkung und Dispergierung.

Titandioxidreiche, -arme und -freie Formulierungen

Titandioxid (TiO2) ist nach wie vor das wichtigste Weißpigmentund wird aus natürlich vorkommenden Rohstoffen gewonnen.Es besitzt aus coloristischer Sicht das höchste Deck- und Aufhell-vermögen bei gleichzeitig hervorragender Leuchtkraft.Unsere hochwertigen Lifocolor Weiß-Masterbatches zeichnensich durch eine hohe TiO2-Beladung und dadurch durcheffiziente Einfärbekosten aus.

Lifocolor hat zudem titandioxidarme und -freie WeißMaster-batches für gängige Standardtypen und technische Polymereim Programm. Die hervorragenden coloristischen Eigenschaftenvon TiO2 werden in der Regel nicht gänzlich erreicht und müssendurch eine höhere Dosierung kompensiert werden.
