FRAGILE PRODUCTS WEIGHERSShallow angles and minimal drop distances reduce damage to delicate products, yet speeds still exceed those of ordinary weighers not having special handling features. In addition to standard dry and washdown models, special configurations are available to provide a weighing solution for fragile products.
BLENDING WEIGHERSPrecisely mix and weigh up to eight individual product components to create accurate blends of vegetables, cereals, snacks, and other dry and frozen multi-part products.
Weighers with up to 32 heads are available with complete blending systems that can include feed conveyors, packaging machines, metal detectors, X-ray inspection, and checkweighers.
STICKY PRODUCT WEIGHERS
Double screw feeders move fresh meats, cooked pasta, and other sticky products for fast, accurate weighing. Variable feeder speed, special embossed surfaces, and optional plastic hoppers ensure consistent product flow and high packaging productivity.
