PURPOSE
This course is compulsary for any individual intending to weigh and complete a weight and balance report for an RAAus registered
aircraft. (Includes L2 and L4 Maintenance Authority Holders unless they have completed the SAAA Weight and Balance Endorsement or
hold a CASA Weight Control Authority.)
At the successful completion of this course you will:
1. Have an understanding of the legislative requirements and theory.
2. Be able to prepare your aircraft for weighing.
3. Be able to complete weight and balance calculations.
3. Be able to record the information in the aircraft Log Book.

If your exam is deemed ‘failed’ you will be given only one opportunity to re-sit the exam or resubmit your exam taking into account feedback received from RAAus..
Students receive results and feedback within 24 hours of submitting the exam task.
1st fail - No minimum re-training period specified.
2nd fail - Contact the RAAus Technical Manager.
