Healthy Ways to Gain weight

• Chose higher calorie food from one of the 5 major food groups.– Chose whole milk rather than skim milk

• Make sure the foods you chose are not only higher in calorie, but nutrient rich, so your providing useful calories so you can grow.– A Pop-Tart may be high in calories, but they have little nutritional value, whereas a pack of almonds has a lot of calories and tons of nutritional value.
