Chateau d'Arche
Chateau d’Arche is a 40ha estate in the Sauternes region of Bordeaux. It was established in 1580 by Henry d’Arche, dean of the city of Bordeaux, whose wines were already some of the most famous in the area. Now winemaker Jerome Cosson has taken the helm, producing Grand Cru Classe Sauternes. Sharing its terroir with well-known neighbours, Chateau D’Yquem and Guiraud, the wines of Chateau D’Arche have acidity and complexity to rival any other in Sauternes.

Domaine Sainte Rose
It all began in 2002 when Charles and Ruth Simpson bought the domaine near Servian in the Languedoc with a simple ambition: to create outstanding wine. Charles explains, “We are ambitious people, each giving up high-flying careers to pursue our dream. We have enormous respect for our Old World terroir, however we employ New World techniques in the vineyard, as well as in the winery, to ensure we harvest top-quality fruit and make clean wines with minimal intervention.”

Masseria Li Veli
Purchased and renovated in 1999 by the Falvo family, Masseria Li Veli has swiftly earned an international reputation for premium Puglian wines – helping to transform the image of the region. The focus is on indigenous varieties, including less well-known grapes such as Susumaniello and Verdeca, and a passito-style Aleatico. The winery is set upon an ancient Messapian site on the fertile and sunny Salento plain, found down in the boot of southern Italy.

Litmus Wines
Produced from the best fruit across Surrey, Sussex and Essex, Litmus Wines exemplify the potential for quality winemaking in the south of England. The winery is based in Dorking, and is owned and operated by John Worontschak, Mike Florence and Matthieu Elzinga. Their aim is to highlight the best of our cool climate, while moving away from the traditional fruity and sometimes one-dimensional English wine style. They use older barriques and extended lees contact to produce more food-orientated wines.

Joh. Bapt. Schafer
Founded in 1900, Johann Baptist Schafer is a family-run winery now led by fourth generation Sebastian Schafer. Located in Burg Layen on the Nahe River, this is one of Germany's smaller wine regions. Despite this, the winery has become well-known for their distinctive Riesling and in 2013 became a member of the Association of German Pradikat Wine Estates (VDP) – the first Nahe winery to do so in 12 years.

La Guita
Based in Sanlucar de Barrameda, La Guita was founded by Domingo Perez Marin in 1852 and is famous for its dry styles of sherry. La Guita is the only Manzanilla produced exclusively from Pago (‘Grand Cru') Miraflores, with the vineyards located around the town of Sanlucar where the Albariza soil provides great mineral character. The more unusual gem of their portfolio is an En Rama Manzanilla (meaning unfiltered and unfined), which is aged for seven years under a veil of flor yeast.
