Jesus Shall ReignJesus shall reign where’er the sunDoes his successive journeys run;His Kingdom spread from shore to shore,

’Til moons shall wax and wane no more.

To Him shall endless prayer be made,And endless praises crown His head; His name like sweet perfume shall riseWith ev’ry morning sacrifice.

People and realms of ev’ry tongueDwell on His love with sweetest song; And infant voices shall proclaimTheir early blessings on His name.

Let ev’ry creature rise and bringHis grateful honors to our King;Angels descend with songs again,And earth repeat, and earth repeat,And earth repeat the loud “Amen!”

Words by Isaac Watts, 1719 (based on Psalm 72); music by John Hatton, 1793

Every year dozens of men and their families relocate to study at The Master’s Seminary (TMS). They come to us from across North America and around the world. While convinced of God’s call to ministry and desiring the excellent training that TMS provides, many prospective students are unsure about what the transition to life in Southern California looks like. In response, Grace Community Church and The Master’s Seminary are partnering to create “The Master’s Experience,” an innovative program that will allow men and their families a four-day preview of life and ministry in Southern California.

The Master’s Experience is scheduled to begin Saturday, January 31 and conclude Tuesday, February 3. Men will participate in a variety of activities throughout the four days, each designed to introduce them to our seminary, our church, and the Southern California lifestyle.

To build on our tradition of integrating the training men

receive at The Master’s Seminary with the life of Grace Church, we are asking for your help. We would ask you to join us in praying for this event. Pray that God would be glorified, and that He would send us the

men of His choosing. Please also consider hosting one of these men in your home during the four days of The Master’s

Experience. We need host homes in the northern Los Angeles County area to provide housing for the men,

and in some cases, their wives.

If you are interested in hosting a prospective student and his wife, please call the TMS Admissions Office at 818-909-5627. We will be glad to answer any questions you might have and provide additional information about the program.

Thanks for considering this is opportunity to bless prospective students preparing for a lifetime

of service. We look forward to your partnership.
