Experiment: To conduct an experiment, two or more groups of something are compared to each other. One group, the control group, is not changed in any way during the experiment. The experimental group is changed in some way (see Unit 7 Discussion Activity).

How might a substance abuse counselor use research collection methods to gather information about clients?
