Dear Friend,

It’s that time of year again…the leaves are changing color, there is a crispness in the air, so, it MUST be time

to start thinking about MRWA’s Annual Technical Conference and Tradeshow! Join us as we make the return

trip to the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor, starting on Tuesday, December 4th through the 6th.

Appearing as our Keynote speaker at Tuesday’s dinner session is Terri Swanson, HR consultant. This

interactive dinner session will focus on the skills you need to retain staff members and address the

overwhelming task of replacing retiring long term staff members. Terri has a wealth of knowledge wrapped

in boundless energy, enthusiasm and sense of humor. Bring your HR questions as there isn’t any issue that

Terri can’t conquer.

Immediately following the dinner session with Terri, we will be hosting our second year of Trivia Night at

Timber Kitchen and Bar (located within the Marriott). Stop by for a wicked good time!

Our Staff has worked hard to develop a wide array of relevant and thought-provoking training sessions. We

have secured an elite class of speakers ready to dazzle you with their knowledge and experience. With over

30 concurrent sessions, we know that there will be something (in addition to the chocolate covered bacon)

to keep you interested all day long.

The tradeshow keeps growing! We invite you to visit our biggest display of exhibitors to date. We hope

you enjoy learning about the latest technologies, products, and services our industry has to offer. You

might just win a prize while there.

Don’t forget the party on Wednesday night! We will be helping EJ Prescott celebrate our industry’s

professionals with the Chad Porter Band back at Timber Kitchen and Bar. After we tore the place down last

year, we weren’t sure they would let us back, but Chad and his band are that good. Join us from 6-9pm;

enjoy the food, drinks and merriment.

Welcome
