Just click on your reservation on your booking page to delete or edit a reservation you have already made. When you click on it, you will be brought to this page. To edit the date or time, use the drop down menu and click “Update”. To cancel a reservation, click “Delete”.

The responsibility of finding an available field for a reschedule is yours, NOT the Field Scheduler.

The Field Scheduler ONLY makes the change AFTER the manager and/or coach has found an open field, agreed to this time, date and location with the

PLEASE DO NOT ENTER A PRACTICE RESERVATION TO HOLD YOUR TIME SLOT. THE EARLIEST REQUEST FOR A GAME RESCHEDULE IN THAT TIME SLOT TAKES PRECEDENCE OVER PRACTICES. ENTERING A PRACTICE CREATES MANY MORE

STEPS FOR THE FIELD SCHEDULER TO REMOVE IT.

VERY IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER

1. You MAY NOT enter your rescheduled game on the MYSA website, until you have received a confirmation email from our Field Scheduler. He/she will make the change on the PVU fields website and will inform the Referee Schedulers as well. ONLY AFTER you have received the CONFIRMATION NOTICE FROM THE FIELD SCHEDULER, may you propose the change on the MYSA website for your opponent to approve or reject.

2. Some teams SHORT-CUTTED this system this past year and found themselves without referees and/or a field. They and their opponent agreed to the change on the MYSA site, but the Field Scheduler and Referee Schedulers were unaware of the change until the Referee Schedulers received a phone call, asking where the referees were and/or why the field not available.

VERY IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER2. Make sure to complete the form in it’s entirety, using Excel if available,

otherwise “Open Office” is acceptable. Other programs create problems on this end. Save it with the name of the Game #.

3. When checking for available fields, try to select one that is totally open, (both halves of the field you plan to use, i.e. north and south halves, etc.) if possible. Make sure to check off either yes or no, on the form if other team(s) have either one or both halves, so that we know that we have to go in and delete it, first. Otherwise it will reject the reschedule, and we have to search again, delete the reservation, and then do the reschedule.

4. If you have a reservation on that full field and time, DELETE IT.5. Make sure to include the GAME # in the subject line when submitting the

HOME GAME RESCHEDULING FORM to the Field Scheduler.

VERY IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER6. You as the coach or manager, may not cancel a HOME game because

you think the weather is going to be bad, or the field may be unplayable. Only the cities, and the Field Scheduler may cancel it early. Otherwise the referee is the only one with authority to cancel the game at the field.

7. Always check the PVU website and/or the field scheduling website for information on HOME field closings. Determinations are usually not made until around 3:30. If you do not see a notice on our website, you may assume that game is still on as scheduled.
